About Scott Alan Flanders

Virginia attorney Scott Alan Flanders has found success as a managing partner in his own estate planning law firm, as well as in the role of owner of Northern Virginia Title & Escrow. Since operating both businesses, Scott Alan Flanders has conducted thousands of settlements and developed relationships with thousands of loyal clients. 

Actively involved with Columbia Baptist Church, Mr. Flanders has held positions such as deacon, youth choir director, and lay leader for music and worship. He has served on committees including Personnel, Finance, and the Ministry Coordinating Council and is a previous seminary board member. Additionally, he serves as vice president of the Columbia Foundation, a charitable foundation that provides grants and loans to Washington, D.C. residents in need. 

Mr. Flanders holds a cum laude bachelor of arts degree in political science from Baylor University, where he was a member of the Baylor University Chamber of Commerce, the school’s oldest service organization, and participated in planning events such as homecoming and caring for the university’s live bear mascots. He then received a juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia.
